Use of our apps and site

Our apps are provided free of charge for personal use. Don't misuse them, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer them, or use them to break the law. Apps downloaded from the App Store are also subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement.

Ownership

Apps published by Sundae Stack may be created by Sundae Stack or by independent creators. The creator named on an app's page owns its content and code. The Sundae Stack name and branding belong to Sundae Stack LLC.

No warranty

The site and apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sundae Stack LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or apps.

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue any app or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
